What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media Management

• Develop and run awesome social media strategies that boost brand awareness and engagement.

• Create, schedule, and manage content that truly connects with audiences.

• Keep an eye on social trends, respond to feedback, and engage with communities.

• Implement growth strategies to increase social reach, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Content Creation

• Bring fresh, creative content ideas to life, ensuring they align with each brand’s voice.

• Write and edit content for social media, blogs, emails, websites, and more.

• Stay on top of industry trends to keep content relevant and impactful.

• Design eye-catching graphics, animations, and multimedia content.

• Work with video and motion graphics to create engaging, scroll-stopping visuals.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with vendors and clients to plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns.

• Keep projects on track, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to measure success.

• Identify ways to improve processes and make workflows smoother.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Web Development, or a related field.

• Experience in social media management (bonus points if you’ve run campaigns before!).

• Skills in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English (writing and speaking).

• Great organizational and time management skills—multitasking is key!

• A creative, proactive mindset with a love for marketing and storytelling.
